Intelligent water station full-automatic water quality five-parameter measurement calibration system

Abstract

This invention discloses a fully automated intelligent water quality five-parameter measurement and calibration system, comprising: an electrode cleaning cup module, an electrode calibration cup module, and an electrode measurement pool module arranged horizontally in sequence; and a pneumatic robotic arm module, a robotic arm control module, a cleaning module, and a water quality five-parameter electrode module arranged above them. The pneumatic robotic arm module includes: horizontally connected X1 and X2 pneumatic robotic arms, and vertically connected Y1 and Y2 pneumatic robotic arms. The cleaning module is installed on the Y1 pneumatic robotic arm and is used to clean the electrode measurement pool module. The water quality five-parameter motor module is installed on the Y2 pneumatic robotic arm and is used to detect the five water quality parameters in the electrode measurement pool module. The electrode cleaning cup module is used to clean the water quality five-parameter electrodes, and the electrode calibration cup module is used to verify and calibrate the water quality five-parameter electrodes. This invention achieves fully automated operation of the entire water quality monitoring process and enables unmanned maintenance.
