Method and system for pcap segment capture and upload based on flashing exception triggering

Abstract

This invention discloses a method and system for PCAP segmented capture and uploading based on flashing anomaly triggering. The method includes: during ECU flashing via ECU software, if an alarm message is received, determining the logical stage at which the anomaly occurred based on the alarm message; extracting communication data within a preset time period before and after the anomaly occurrence to form a lightweight PCAP segment; uploading the lightweight PCAP segment to the PCAP storage area; receiving the anomaly; and analyzing the anomaly extracted from the PCAP storage area using an analysis unit. This invention can divide the ECU flashing process into multiple logical stages. When a flashing anomaly is detected, the current PCAP segment is immediately stopped and the upload is triggered, generating a lightweight log file containing only the problem context, enabling rapid problem localization and standardized description.
