Abstract

This application provides a storage circuit, chip, and electronic device. The storage circuit includes a processing module, a control module, and a storage module. The processing module sends a write command containing write data, the control module sends the write data and simultaneously encrypts the write data to generate encrypted data, and the storage module stores the encrypted data. This ensures that the data stored in the storage module is encrypted. The control module encrypts the write data while processing it, thereby preventing data leakage caused by external features and improving information security.
