Method of configuring centrifugal impeller blades and centrifugal impeller blades

Abstract

This application discloses a method for configuring centrifugal impeller blades and the centrifugal impeller blades themselves. The method involves determining the surface function corresponding to the prototype centrifugal impeller blade to be processed, and based on the surface function, determining the root control curve and tip control curve corresponding to the suction surface of the prototype centrifugal impeller blade. The root control curve is adjusted to obtain a root reconstruction curve, and the tip control curve is adjusted to obtain a tip reconstruction curve. Based on the root and tip reconstruction curves, the surface function is reconstructed to generate a reference surface function. This reference surface function corresponds to a reference centrifugal impeller blade reconstructed based on the prototype centrifugal impeller blade to be processed. By adjusting the root and tip control curves, this application can obtain a reference centrifugal impeller blade with a new configuration, significantly improving the efficiency of centrifugal impeller blade configuration.
