Abstract

The application provides a power module, a power conversion device and an electric vehicle. The power module comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, an electronic element, a package and an interconnection device. The electronic element is fixed to the first substrate. The surface of the electronic element away from the first substrate is electrically connected to the second substrate through the interconnection device. The interconnection device comprises a first connecting layer, a second connecting layer and an auxiliary stack. The first connecting layer is used for connecting the electronic element. The second connecting layer is used for connecting the second substrate. The auxiliary stack comprises a conductive medium structure. The first connecting layer and the second connecting layer are connected to the auxiliary stack. The auxiliary stack at least partially covers the surface of the first connecting layer away from the electronic element. The auxiliary stack at least partially covers the surface of the second connecting layer away from the second substrate. The interconnection device used in the power module can exert the advantages of different materials through material combination, and can improve the reliability of the power module.
