Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of biological fermentation feed, and discloses a method for preparing biological feed from sand fruit. The method comprises the following steps: crushing and screening sand fruit to obtain sand fruit pulp, and adding pectin methylesterase for treatment; preparing wet particles from the enzyme-treated pulp, and then sequentially immersing in an edible magnesium salt solution and spraying with an edible calcium salt solution to obtain magnesium-calcium double-ion gradient sand fruit particles; then immersing the particles in a composite enzyme solution containing cellulase and pectin lyase for vacuum pulse treatment to obtain enzyme-loaded sand fruit particles; and then mixing the particles with bran, corn, rapeseed meal and soybean meal, adding acid protease, phytase and yeast for solid-state fermentation, and then low-temperature drying after fermentation to a pH of 4.0-4.5 to obtain sand fruit biological feed.
