Semen ziziphi spinoase oral film and preparation method thereof

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of oral food technology, specifically relating to a jujube seed oral film and its preparation method. The jujube seed oral film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts jujube seed extract, 10-20 parts γ-aminobutyric acid, 4-10 parts polyethylene glycol, 1.5-7 parts thickener, 4-12 parts humectant, and 55-120 parts water; the thickener is cellulose ether and microbial polysaccharide; the humectant is propylene glycol and glycerin. The jujube seed oral film and its preparation method of this invention, through the rational ratio of coating molding and water-soluble film-forming matrix, and by controlling the ratio of polyethylene glycol to microbial polysaccharide, propylene glycol, and glycerin, can enable the film to rapidly disintegrate in the oral cavity, and the film has a tough texture and moderate flexibility; this invention also provides its preparation method.
