The application discloses a milk frothing machine, comprising a machine body, a powder outlet mechanism, a water outlet mechanism, a drying mechanism and a brewing mechanism are installed on the machine body, the brewing mechanism is arranged below a powder outlet of the powder outlet mechanism and a water outlet of the water outlet mechanism, the brewing mechanism comprises a shell installed on the machine body, a brewing net is arranged in a receiving container, the brewing net can pre-charge milk powder, so that a brewing time sequence of "powder first and water later" can be adopted, water is injected and mixed after a powder outlet channel is closed, hot water rising into the powder outlet channel is effectively avoided, milk powder sticking to the powder outlet channel and causing bacteria breeding are prevented, meanwhile, a liquid discharge gap is formed between an outer wall of the brewing net and an inner wall of the receiving container, the mesh size of the brewing net is smaller than the particle size of the milk powder, milk liquid is discharged to the liquid discharge gap through the mesh, and then flows out from a milk outlet, undispersed particles are intercepted in the brewing net, effective separation of the milk liquid and the undispersed particles is realized, the milk liquid is ensured to be pure and delicate, and the brewing uniformity and drinking taste are improved.
