A mapping balloon catheter, methods of making the same, and a cardiac vein chemical ablation device

Abstract

The present application relates to a mapping balloon catheter, its preparation method and a cardiac vein chemical ablation device, and belongs to the field of medical instrument equipment. The inner side of the inner tube of the mapping balloon catheter is provided with a guide wire groove with a circular cross section and a liquid groove with a crescent cross section, and the liquid groove semi-surrounds the side end of the guide wire groove; the inner tube and the outer tube are kept stable through a spiral coiled communication wire or a support frame; the inflatable balloon is a compliant or semi-compliant balloon, the outer wall of the inner tube is provided with a developing ring at the inner side of the balloon, and the output end of the catheter is provided with a mapping electrode. The present application also provides a cardiac vein chemical ablation device comprising the catheter, a bending handle and a perfusion connector, and a preparation method thereof. The present application realizes stable infusion, precise occlusion and real-time electrophysiological feedback during operation, simplifies the operation, and improves the safety and success rate of atrial fibrillation ablation.
