A coal dust treatment device and method for biomass clean coal processing

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of dust treatment devices, and discloses a coal dust treatment device and method for biomass clean coal processing. The device includes a support frame, a centrifuge chamber mounted on the support frame, a conical cylinder mounted at the lower part of the centrifuge chamber, a dust outlet at the lower part of the conical cylinder, a rotating chamber at the top of the centrifuge chamber, an air outlet at the center of the rotating chamber, an air inlet on the side of the rotating chamber, and a centrifugal cleaning device mounted on top of the air outlet. This invention accelerates the dust entering the inner wall of the centrifuge chamber through the power components, adjustment components, and scraping components inside the centrifugal cleaning device. This acceleration of fine dust particles allows them to move closer to the inner wall of the centrifuge chamber, improving the separation effect of fine dust. Subsequently, the adjustment components and scraping components scrape away dust from the inner wall of the centrifuge chamber, preventing the initially accelerated sticky dust from adhering to the inner wall and affecting the centrifugation effect, thereby improving the separation of dust and air.
