A thermal power belt conveyor fault early warning method and system

Abstract

The application discloses a thermal power belt conveyor fault early warning method and system, and belongs to the technical field of mechanical and electrical equipment fault diagnosis. The method collects multi-dimensional operation data of belt conveyor vibration, temperature and current, constructs a steady-state data set through denoising, time alignment and removal of start-stop transient data; extracts fault sensitive features, fits a load and vibration correlation curve and delimits a normal operation area; calculates the residual deviation of measured vibration and theoretical vibration, identifies the fault type in combination with the sensitive features, quantifies the fault severity, and finally generates graded early warning information. The application effectively removes the load and working condition fluctuation interference, reduces false alarms, realizes early identification of the gradual fault of the belt conveyor, improves the operation safety of the thermal power coal conveying equipment, and reduces the operation and maintenance cost.
