Concrete having a gradient light emission effect and a method of forming the same

Abstract

The application discloses concrete with gradient light-emitting effect and a forming method thereof, comprising: a stress light-emitting layer, which is composed of a first cementitious material matrix composed of a cement-based composite material without a mesoscopic interface transition zone and stress light-emitting powder dispersed in the first cementitious material matrix; a photoluminescence layer, which is composed of a second cementitious material matrix and long-afterglow photoluminescence powder dispersed in the second cementitious material matrix; and a structure layer, which is composed of high-strength concrete. The stress light-emitting layer generates a light-emitting response in real time when the concrete structure suffers from mechanical stress, thereby realizing visual early warning of structural damage; the photoluminescence layer absorbs and stores light energy in the daytime and continuously releases visible light in a dark environment, thereby providing night lighting and decoration functions; and the structure layer provides sufficient structural bearing capacity, and the three layers cooperate with each other, thereby providing three functions of damage early warning, lighting and decoration and structural bearing integrated in the same concrete member.
