Abstract

The application discloses a low-temperature 3D printing composite membrane for studying responses of osteoblasts under mechanical stimulation and biomaterial coupling and a preparation method thereof. The low-temperature 3D printing composite membrane comprises a low-temperature 3D printing base membrane and osteoblasts inoculated on the low-temperature 3D printing base membrane. The low-temperature 3D printing base membrane is prepared by 3D printing of a mixed gel at-20 DEG C to 0 DEG C. The mixed gel comprises 9.5-30 parts by mass of hydroxyapatite, 30-60 parts by mass of silk fibroin and 20-40 parts by mass of collagen. The low-temperature 3D printing composite membrane provides a theoretical basis for further optimization of a bone defect repair material and the role of mechanical stimulation in clinical treatment of critical bone defects of a jaw.
