Abstract

The specific synthesis steps of the present application comprise: taking L-lysine as a starting substrate, using a recombinant engineering strain co-expressing lysine hydroxylase K3H and 3-hydroxylysine decarboxylase CadA as a whole cell catalyst, and synthesizing 1,5-diamino-2-hydroxy-pentane through a whole cell catalytic reaction; the whole cell catalytic reaction comprises: a hydroxylation reaction: in a reaction system containing an auxiliary factor, L-lysine is converted into hydroxylysine by using the whole cell catalyst; a decarboxylation reaction: in a decarboxylation reaction system, the hydroxylysine obtained in step (1) is converted into 1,5-diamino-2-hydroxy-pentane by using the whole cell catalyst.
