Dual cycle air-cooled refrigerator with mode convertible chamber and control method thereof

Abstract

The application provides a double-circulation air-cooled refrigerator with a mode-switchable compartment and a control method thereof. The refrigerator comprises a cabinet body formed with a first compartment and a second compartment, a double-circulation refrigeration system, an air path system, a temperature detection unit and a controller, and the first compartment can be switched between a refrigeration mode and a freezing mode. The control method is that after receiving a mode switching instruction, the communication air door is closed to isolate the air paths of the two compartments, then the switching valve state and the operation of the compressor and the fan are controlled according to the refrigeration demand of the second compartment, and the fan speed is dynamically adjusted according to the temperature difference when the double compartments are refrigerated at the same time. The application realizes the deep conversion of the compartment function, solves the problems of poor temperature control precision, easy odor mixing and low refrigeration efficiency of the traditional variable-temperature room, improves the flexibility of the refrigerator volume use, and balances the temperature control precision and the energy-saving effect.
