Battery test equipment power failure data protection method and device based on multi-level cache

Abstract

The application provides a battery test equipment power failure data protection method and device based on multi-level cache and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: in a normal running state of the battery test equipment, writing collected battery test data into a real-time data buffer queue for caching and transferring to a historical data buffer queue when a preset transfer condition is met; continuously monitoring a power supply state, pausing a test process and saving breakpoint state information when a power failure event is detected, copying to-be-sent data in the historical data buffer queue to a power failure protection cache and writing the to-be-sent data into a historical data file in a non-volatile storage medium; reading the historical data file and performing integrity checking when a power recovery event is detected, restoring buffer state information and to-be-resumed data and resuming the test process according to the breakpoint state information. Through a multi-level cache cooperative protection mechanism, reliable saving of test data in a power failure state and breakpoint resuming after power recovery are achieved, and the data integrity and reliability of the battery test equipment are improved.
