Simulation diagnosis method for existing track engineering machinery based on fatigue correction

Abstract

The application discloses a simulation diagnosis method for existing track engineering machinery based on fatigue correction and relates to the technical field of machinery fault diagnosis.The application inverses real track excitation, compares standard working conditions, quantifies nonlinear damage gain caused by environmental differences, dynamically corrects key physical parameters of a simulation model according to the nonlinear damage gain, and judges faults by using residual error analysis of corrected model output and actual monitoring data.The application realizes synchronous evolution of the simulation model along with a service state, effectively removes background deviation caused by material aging and a complex track environment, solves the problem of inaccurate diagnosis of a traditional static model in an old line scene, and significantly improves the precision and reliability of state evaluation of engineering machinery.
