A quick evaluation method for washing efficiency coupled with clean coal yield and raw coal ash

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of quick evaluation of washing efficiency, in particular to a quick evaluation method of washing efficiency coupled with clean coal yield and raw coal ash content, comprising the following steps: obtaining production data, filtering and smoothing the production data by using double-stage smoothing denoising method; setting a jump threshold and a first-order time window, and using the jump threshold to analyze whether the production data in the first-order time window is abnormal data; if the production data is abnormal data, the abnormal data is removed, and the mean value of multiple normal production data in the first-order time window is calculated as the standard data corresponding to the production data in the first-order time window; the standard data and the smoothed data at the last moment are fused by weighting to obtain smoothed and stable smoothed data; a second-order time window is set again, a smoothed data sequence is generated, and the ash production index corresponding to the second-order time window is calculated through the smoothed data sequence; and the execution strategy corresponding to the ash production index is matched by using hierarchical regulation logic.
