Abstract

The application relates to the field of artificial intelligence, and provides a communication ability evaluation method, a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: reading dialogue information of an object to be evaluated; determining original dimension scores of different evaluation dimensions of the object to be evaluated based on a large language model according to the dialogue information; obtaining a directed acyclic graph among the different evaluation dimensions, determining a second evaluation dimension that influences a first evaluation dimension, and determining an influence weight of the second evaluation dimension on the first evaluation dimension; determining attention information of the second evaluation dimension on the first evaluation dimension according to the influence weight and the original dimension score of the second evaluation dimension; correcting the original dimension score of the first evaluation dimension according to the attention information to obtain a target dimension score corresponding to the first evaluation dimension; fusing the target dimension score according to a current scene to obtain ability evaluation information; and updating initial evaluation information of the object to be evaluated according to the ability evaluation information to obtain target evaluation information.
