A steel coil label identification method, system, device and medium

Abstract

The application provides a steel coil label identification method, system, device and medium, and belongs to the technical field of steel production and processing. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a steel coil label image in real time by using an industrial camera or an image acquisition device, and performing grayscale, binarization, denoising and tilt correction processing on the steel coil label image; using a deep convolutional neural network to extract features of the steel coil label image, so as to obtain global features, local features and semantic features of the steel coil label image; fusing the global features, the local features and the semantic features of the steel coil label to generate a fusion feature vector, and using a sequence model to decode the fusion feature vector to generate an identification result; correcting and correcting errors of the identification result, and analyzing a plate surface, and optimizing the sequence model. The steel coil label identification algorithm based on deep learning and feature fusion automatically extracts features in the label image through a deep learning model, and uses feature fusion technology to improve the accuracy and robustness of identification.
