A method and system for reducing noise in an automotive gear box

Abstract

The application relates to a noise reduction method and system of an automobile gear box, and relates to the field of automobile noise reduction, which comprises the following steps: collecting box noise; identifying noise intensity from the box noise; when the noise intensity is greater than a preset interference threshold, collecting an orientation based on the noise intensity; combining the noise intensity and the collecting orientation to generate a noise distribution map, and identifying a noise position from the noise distribution map; matching an adjustment distance according to the noise position, and determining a collecting distance by comparing the collecting orientation and the noise position; matching an adjustment coefficient according to the adjustment distance, and determining an original intensity according to the collecting distance and the noise intensity; combining the adjustment coefficient and the original intensity to determine a noise reduction damping; and generating and sending a noise suppression instruction in response to the noise reduction damping. The application has the effects of improving the accuracy of noise suppression and selecting a suitable damping according to the noise condition.
