Abstract

This invention discloses a composite metal powder injection-molded NdFeB magnet and its preparation method, belonging to the technical field of NdFeB permanent magnet materials. This invention forms a composite metal powder system by compounding three types of alloy powders with different functional properties: a type A main phase alloy, a type B rare earth-rich alloy, and a type C low-melting-point alloy. This alloy system ensures the liquid phase environment required throughout the sintering process, better guaranteeing the densification of the injection-molded NdFeB magnet. This overcomes the bottleneck of the mutual constraint between sintering densification and magnetic properties in injection-molded magnets.
