Through the technical scheme, the problem that the existing lithium battery is difficult to simultaneously realize current limiting protection and circuit breaking maintenance when the internal pressure abnormally rises, and the circuit is easy to restore conduction after breaking and subsequent unlocking and maintenance are inconvenient is solved.
