Detection method and device based on component identification set

Abstract

Disclosed are a detection method and device based on a component identification set. In one aspect, the disclosure first detects the information of a robot arm based on the component identification set, and then performs a dexterous hand detection process in cascade after detection failure, thereby realizing joint detection of multiple device types in one scanning process, eliminating the need to design independent scanning processes for different device types, greatly simplifying the complexity of the detection process, and improving the detection efficiency. In another aspect, the arm orientation determination operation adopts a multi-motor detection and partial matching mechanism. When individual motors have communication abnormalities, offline problems, or the like, a reasonable orientation prediction can still be given based on the existing response results, rather than directly reporting an error and terminating the detection process, thereby effectively improving the adaptability of the system to unstable communication scenarios, reducing the probability of failure of the entire detection process due to individual motor failure, and improving the robustness and practicality of the detection process.
