Abstract

The invention relates to a measurement arrangement with a flow cell. The flow cell is arranged in such a way that a fluid sample flows through the flow cell from bottom to top. The fluid sample flows through the flow cell within a residence time of more than 1 second. Additionally or alternatively, the measurement arrangement comprises a pumping device to pump the fluid back and forth through the flow cell during the measurement. Air bubbles in the flow cell can be reduced and / or prevented. In this way, the negative influence of gas bubbles on the measurement can be reduced and / or prevented.
