Abstract

本发明提供一种基于双界面工程策略构建的高性能MXene / Yb2O3 / 聚酰亚胺复合薄膜及其制备方法与应用。针对现有MXene基材料界面结合弱、功能相易团聚等问题,本发明采用静电自组装和共价桥联双界面协同设计构建MXene / Yb2O3 / PI三元复合体系:将Ti3C2Tx型MXene纳米片与Yb2O3纳米颗粒分别分散于去离子水中形成悬浮液,通过pH调控的静电自组装构建一级异质界面,解决稀土氧化物Yb2O3极易团聚、与MXene片层界面相容性差的行业难点;通过引入硅烷偶联剂构建二级共价桥联界面,强化无机功能相与有机PI基体的界面结合力。所得复合薄膜在25μm超薄厚度下,X波段电磁屏蔽效能最高达到56.2dB,拉伸强度在86MPa以上,能适用于对材料性能要求较高的高频电子器件、柔性电磁屏蔽材料及航空航天领域,应用前景广阔。
