Abstract

本发明公开一种用于高炉的双层套管环形狭缝喷煤喷枪。喷枪为同轴双层套管式结构，内层以CO2为载气输送并喷吹煤粉形成含煤粉射流；外层通入以CO2为主要成分的保护气，并经端部环形狭缝喷口喷出形成包覆所述射流的环形气幕，以降低喷枪端部在风口区域的受热与冲刷强度。外层保护气通道设有均压结构和 / 或等阻节流结构以提高周向配气一致性；喷枪配置检测与调节单元，获取端部热负荷表征参数及风口燃烧稳定性表征参数，并据此对外层保护气流量进行限幅和 / 或限速调节，实现端部降温抗磨与喷吹稳定性的兼顾。采用本发明可显著降低端部温升与磨损，喷枪平均寿命提高约1.0～3.0倍。
