Abstract
本发明涉及一种脉冲电流高效调控变形高熵合金静态再结晶的方法,属于高熵合金组织调控技术领域。本发明采用真空悬浮熔炼制备等原子比CoCrFeNiMn高熵合金,经多道次冷轧至总压下率为50~90%以构建具有高畸变能的冷轧态组织,接入电‑热耦合处理平台的导电夹具回路中,对待处理试样施加脉冲电流诱导处理5~40min以调控冷轧态CoCrFeNiMn高熵合金微观组织;随着脉冲电流密度提高,冷轧态CoCrFeNiMn高熵合金的组织由变形组织与细小等轴晶粒共存的部分再结晶状态逐步转变为以细小等轴晶粒为主的完全再结晶状态。本发明通过精准调节脉冲电流密度,打破传统热处理的时温限制,实现冷轧态高熵合金静态再结晶组织的快速、可控调节,具有高效、绿色、节能的特点。
