Abstract

The application discloses a method for realizing reduction of nitroaromatics and para-selective C-S functionalization under an electric reduction condition and belongs to the technical field of organic synthesis. In the method, a borate ester, a nitrogen source, a sulfur phenol or a thiol compound and a nitroaromatic compound are added into a mixed solvent of hexafluoroisopropanol and methanol, and nitro reduction and para C-H sulfidation are completed in series through constant current electrolysis, so that a para-amino aryl sulfide with various structures is directly synthesized. The reaction does not need a transition metal catalyst, has the advantages of simple operation, high regioselectivity, good functional group compatibility, wide substrate application range and the like, and conforms to the green chemistry concept, thereby providing a new strategy for efficient construction of aromatic amine compounds.
