Abstract

This invention proposes a test apparatus for simulating the service environment of titanium alloy heat exchanger tubes in ship condensers, relating to the field of corrosion protection technology for marine equipment materials. It addresses the problem that existing corrosion testing apparatuses for titanium alloy heat exchanger tubes in condensers are mostly limited to static or single-factor corrosion, making it difficult to realistically reproduce the dynamic corrosion process and electrochemical behavior of titanium alloy heat exchanger tubes under the combined effects of high flow rates, temperature gradients, and stress. It includes a corrosion pipe, a seawater circulation system, a temperature control system, a stress loading system, multiple specimens, and an electrochemical testing system. The seawater circulation system is connected to both ends of the corrosion pipe. The temperature control system is fitted onto the corrosion pipe. The stress loading system includes a frame and multiple clamps. The frame is positioned outside the corrosion pipe, and the clamps are evenly arranged along the axial direction of the corrosion pipe. The specimens are inserted through the corrosion pipe. It is mainly used for corrosion testing of titanium alloy heat exchanger tubes in condensers.
