Method for determining volatile flavor substances in breast milk and infant formula based on gc-ms and gc-ims

By combining GC-MS and GC-IMS detection methods and employing solid-phase microextraction and headspace extraction technologies, a fingerprint spectrum of volatile substances was constructed, which solved the systematic and accurate problems in detecting the flavor differences between breast milk and infant formula, and enabled precise control of the infant formula production process and flavor simulation.
