By combining 3D laser scanning and Gaussian splashing technology, and using global and local principal component analysis to establish a local coordinate system for the cave, and constructing a composite loss function to optimize the Gaussian ellipsoid set, the problem of inaccurate reconstruction models in cave environments was solved, and efficient and stable 3D cave modeling was achieved.
