Abstract

本发明提供了一种融合分层定位康复评估与多阶段增强检索的个体化康复干预处方生成方法,属于康复医学工程与智能健康技术领域。本方法通过采集受试者执行预设评估动作过程中的运动功能数据,构建宏观运动学特征与微观肌电特征,对受试者运动功能状态进行由整体到局部的分层评估,识别异常功能分区及异常肌群;并将患者基本信息、宏观运动评估信息、微观肌电评估信息及以往训练处方信息进行嵌入表示与调制融合,形成统一评估嵌入;基于增强检索机制,依次完成评估—处方规则检索、训练项目匹配及安全准则校验,生成个体化康复训练处方。本方法能够实现评估结果与训练处方的直接映射,提高康复训练的针对性、可解释性与安全性。
