An apparatus for enhanced remanufacturing of surface damage of metal pipes

Abstract

The application discloses a device for strengthening remanufacturing of surface damage of metal pipelines, and relates to the technical field of pipeline surface strengthening remanufacturing, which comprises two arc-shaped frames and a control module. The two arc-shaped frames are symmetrically distributed to form a circular ring, and one side of the two arc-shaped frames is hinged, and the other side is connected through buckles. The outer side of the arc-shaped frame is provided with a strengthening mechanism. The strengthening mechanism comprises a mounting seat which is sleeved on the outer side of the arc-shaped frame and is used for moving along the circular ring track formed by the two arc-shaped frames. The device can detect the deflection force change of the metal powder spraying module in real time by arranging the connecting plate, the mounting piece, the inserting rod, the vertical plate, the stop block and the pressure sensing module. When the feeding pipeline excessively pulls the metal powder spraying module, the mounting seat stops moving in the corresponding direction and the spraying area is re-planned, so that the spraying gun can realize reciprocating movement along the circumferential track under the condition that the pipeline is fixed, and the damaged area can be uniformly sprayed.
