A method for extracting a resistance spot welding spot coordinate, an auxiliary programming method and a tool

Abstract

The application discloses a resistance spot welding spot coordinate extraction method, an auxiliary programming tool and a method, and belongs to the technical field of resistance spot welding. The technical problems to be solved are low programming efficiency, high quality risk, high operation complexity and poor program maintainability. The technical solution of the welding spot coordinate extraction method is as follows: an X-shaped or + shaped line segment welding spot object in CAD is identified, and a line segment midpoint is drawn; the midpoint coordinates are taken as the welding spot coordinates, the welding spot coordinates are pre-extracted, and are used for subsequent resistance spot welding auxiliary programming, welding spot addition and reduction, attribute editing and welding path planning.
