Spray cooling device for welding work

Abstract

The application provides a spray cooling device for welding processing, which is used for spray cooling of a weld joint arranged below a tank, and comprises a spray box, a lifting piece arranged in the spray box, a spray piece arranged on the top of the lifting piece, a water pump used for supplying water to the spray piece, the water pump being connected with the spray piece and used for supplying cooling liquid in the spray box to the spray piece for upward spraying, and the sprayed cooling liquid falling into the spray box. The integrated spray cooling device for welding processing, which is composed of the spray box, the lifting piece, the spray piece and the water pump, can realize simultaneous cooling during circumferential welding of a butterfly baffle in the tank, efficiently removes welding heat, greatly improves welding quality and assembly efficiency, and has complete structure and high integration.
