Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of aluminum plate cutting regulation, in particular to an intelligent aluminum plate cutting quality online monitoring and regulation system and method, the method comprising the following steps: obtaining aluminum plate parameter information of an aluminum plate to be cut, and constructing an aluminum plate cutting model based on the aluminum plate parameter information; configuring a parameter chain for the aluminum plate cutting model, and establishing a regulation relationship between the parameter chain and the cutting model, wherein the regulation relationship comprises a double regulation chain and a correlation relationship between the double regulation chain and the parameter chain; obtaining aluminum plate quality information after cutting, taking quality information that does not meet a preset condition as abnormal information, determining a parameter node corresponding to the abnormal information according to the correlation relationship, and regulating cutting parameters of the parameter node corresponding to the abnormal information according to the double regulation chain, so as to improve the accuracy of regulating the cutting parameters corresponding to the cutting unit, and further improve the cutting quality of the aluminum plate.
