Abstract

One of the main features of the invention is to drill a deep hole around the structure of the wheel that is not important for the wheel to make a heat dissipation hole, and then drill two small holes in the 90 degree direction of the heat dissipation hole to make water inlet and outlet holes. The second feature is to weld a water ring around the high-speed rail wheel, so that the water in the water ring and the water in the heat dissipation hole can circulate. The third feature is to design a high-pressure water inlet, a cleaning and sewage outlet, and a water level gauge on the water ring. Through such design, when the high-speed train brakes, the lower half of the wheel will gather circulating water to automatically cool down. The temperature is reduced at the first time point.
