Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of metallurgical industry electric furnace equipment installation construction, in particular to a large electric furnace equipment segmented modular rapid installation construction method, which solves the problems that the equipment installation is limited by the existing building structure space of the workshop, the equipment positioning and assembly are limited, a large amount of on-site welding operation is required, the welding quality is difficult to guarantee, the welding deformation control is difficult, the construction period is long, and the high-altitude operation risk is high. The method comprises the following steps: S1: construction preparation and foundation re-measurement; S2: foundation seat grouting construction; S3: equipment modularization segmentation and factory pre-assembly; S4: equipment module on-site installation and alignment; S5: overall precision verification and trial run. The present application shortens the construction period, reduces the on-site welding workload, and improves the construction efficiency and construction effect by adopting the segmented modular rapid installation construction process.
