Yaw system for a wind turbine generator system

Abstract

The present application relates to the field of wind power generation technology, and more particularly to a yaw system for a wind turbine generator set, the yaw system for the wind turbine generator set comprising a data acquisition module, a yaw control module, a brake module, a variable frequency drive module and a data analysis module, full-dimensional data of the operation of the set is collected by high-precision sensors, the yaw control module dynamically optimizes the control strategy by fusing fuzzy control and time series analysis algorithm, the brake module greatly improves the braking torque through hardware upgrade and structural reconstruction, the variable frequency drive module realizes precise synchronization and fault redundancy of the yaw motor by adopting a multi-axis synchronous control topology structure, and the data analysis module constructs a closed-loop management mechanism of "collection-analysis-reconstruction-verification". The present application realizes intelligent and high-reliability operation of the yaw system, improves the wind energy capture efficiency, prolongs the service life of the equipment, reduces the operation and maintenance cost, and is suitable for wind turbine generator sets in various wind farms, especially mountain wind farms.
