Abstract

The application relates to a coplanar waveguide excitation type spiral microwave sensor, which comprises a measuring electrode, a coplanar waveguide port, a shielding layer and a test pipeline, the measuring electrode comprises spiral-shaped emitter plates and receiver plates which are identical in structure and size, the spiral-shaped emitter plates and receiver plates are spirally wound along the outer wall of the test pipeline respectively, and the parameter optimization method comprises the following steps: determining the structure parameters to be optimized as a spiral angle, a plate opening angle and a pitch ratio; designing a total sensitivity calculation method; calculating the response of the coplanar waveguide excitation type spiral microwave sensor under the conditions of different dielectric constants, different structure parameters and working frequencies, determining the optimal spiral angle and working frequency; and based on the determined optimal spiral angle and working frequency, the plate opening angle and the pitch ratio of the two structure parameters are simulated and optimized by taking different flow patterns as the optimization objects. The application improves the adaptability of the sensor to non-uniform flow patterns by optimizing the spiral structure, and realizes high-precision and wide-range moisture content measurement.
