The application provides a kind of intelligent monitoring and regulation method for road construction settlement, comprising constructing initial BIM model containing road structure, geological layering and construction equipment, determining monitoring point density through clustering algorithm, laying multi-modal sensor combination at different levels of road to collect real-time data, real-time data including settlement, spatial coordinates, environmental parameters and mechanical parameters;Coupling real-time data and BIM model to generate digital twin, adaptively correct soil mechanical parameters;Design double-branch Transformer network to extract the spatial correlation characteristics of settlement field and the multi-factor coupling influence of non-spatial characteristics respectively, output settlement prediction results after multi-stage fusion through attention mechanism;According to the settlement prediction result, automatically generate the regulation scheme and link with the construction equipment, update the BIM model synchronously, form a whole closed loop of monitoring, prediction, regulation and feedback.The beneficial effects of the application are to improve the settlement prediction accuracy and response timeliness.
