Oil fume grade calibration method and device and range hood

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of kitchen appliances, and proposes a method and device for calibrating oil fume grades and a range hood. The method for calibrating oil fume grades obtains multiple sample images collected by a camera during cooking on a cooking appliance, determines available oil fume images from the multiple sample images, then obtains visible oil fume quantity and food material visibility corresponding to the available oil fume images, and finally determines oil fume grades of the corresponding available oil fume images based on the visible oil fume quantity and the food material visibility. The present application determines available oil fume images by processing and judging multiple collected oil fume images, and then determines the maximum range of oil fume according to the diffusion trend of oil fume. The oil fume grade of the current image is determined according to the visible oil fume quantity and the food material visibility in the determined maximum range, thereby having dynamic, quantitative and accurate determination capability of oil fume grades during cooking, greatly reducing the misjudgment rate, facilitating accurate prediction and automatic adjustment of the wind speed of the range hood, and further improving the intelligent cooking experience of users.
