A method for manufacturing an end-cover integrated woven antenna cover

Abstract

The application provides an end-cover integrated woven antenna cover and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of antenna covers; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a carbon-carbon end, preparing a preform, pre-treating the preform, performing densification treatment, processing, and post-processing; the preparation of the preform comprises the following steps: grooves are formed in the lower edge of the carbon-carbon end, and the rear end is extended to form a threaded cylindrical end, a trapezoidal fastening nut is screwed on the threaded cylindrical end, and a mixed weaving method is adopted; the carbon-carbon end is used as a reference, the end shape line is followed to downwardly wind and weave to fill the groove position until the trapezoidal fastening nut position, and the winding and weaving are sequentially performed from top to bottom through a carbon fiber-quartz fiber mixed weaving area and a quartz fiber weaving area; the antenna cover prepared by adopting the preparation method has good mechanical properties, can improve the ablation resistance while ensuring the oxidation resistance, can enhance the stability, and can integrally form the end and the cover, thereby saving the secondary assembly process of the end and the cover, shortening the production cycle, and reducing the production cost.
