Abstract

The application discloses an up-and-down electric cylinder of an electric press and the electric press and belongs to the technical field of electric servo presses. In view of the defects of the traditional electric cylinder, such as large volume, unreasonable stress, complicated assembly and maintenance, low transmission efficiency and the like, two integrated electric cylinder structures are provided. One is that a hollow rotating shaft of a motor drives a screw nut to rotate to drive a screw rod to move linearly, and the other is that internal threads are processed on the inner wall of the hollow rotating shaft to directly drive the screw rod. Both adopt a stepped hollow rotating shaft, a built-in through lubricating oil channel and bearing support for the hollow rotating shaft, and components are arranged in an integrated manner. The application simplifies the transmission chain, eliminates the influence of radial force, greatly reduces the size of the whole machine, improves transmission accuracy, operation stability and energy efficiency, simplifies assembly and maintenance, and the electric press loaded with the electric cylinder is more suitable for industrial scenes such as precision press fitting and component assembly.
