The application provides a pressure injury monitoring and early warning method and system based on a wearable device. The method collects pressure state parameters; performs pressure communication condition judgment according to the pressure state parameters, extracts multiple pressure communication regions, extracts pressure communication characteristics and local electrical impedance parameters corresponding to any one pressure communication region; constructs a pressure-impedance coupling feature vector according to the pressure communication characteristics and local electrical impedance information corresponding to the pressure communication region; performs feature learning based on the pressure-impedance coupling feature vector, determines a pressure response index of the pressure communication region; determines an injury early warning risk level of the corresponding pressure communication region according to the pressure response index, and sends the injury early warning risk level corresponding to each pressure communication region to a cloud data center of the wearable device. The pressure response of the pressure position can be analyzed according to the pressure-impedance coupling characteristics, and the pressure injury risk can be early warned.
