Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of peristaltic pumps, and specifically discloses an auxiliary device and method for optical lens coating, which comprises a peristaltic pump shell, a mounting plate is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the peristaltic pump shell, a peristaltic pump motor is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the mounting plate, a control box is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the mounting plate, a switching assembly is arranged on the inner side of the peristaltic pump shell, a positioning assembly is arranged on the lower side of the peristaltic pump shell, a hose is arranged on the inner side of the peristaltic pump shell and the positioning assembly, the switching assembly comprises a rotating shaft which is rotationally arranged on the inner side of the peristaltic pump shell, three groups of wheel frames are fixedly arranged on the outer side of the rotating shaft, and rollers are rotationally arranged on the inner side of the three groups of wheel frames. The application is used in cooperation with the whole, moves the position of the hose which is not extruded to the extrusion position to replace the original position to complete liquid delivery, and improves the wear state of the hose.
