Abstract

The application provides a screwing assembly equipment for a fire extinguishing device tank and a method thereof, and relates to the technical field of fire-fighting equipment manufacturing. The equipment comprises a base for fixing the tank, a support assembly arranged above the base, a power assembly slidably arranged on the support assembly in the vertical direction, a first clamping assembly for clamping a valve head arranged at the bottom of the power assembly, and the power assembly is used for driving the first clamping assembly to ascend and rotate. A transmission module is arranged at the transmission end of the power assembly, the transmission module comprises a rotating shell in transmission connection with the power assembly, a movable block reciprocally movable in the transverse direction is arranged in the rotating shell, the first clamping assembly is hinged to the bottom end of the movable block, so that the first clamping assembly can swing around the hinge point. By arranging the movable block and hinging the first clamping assembly for clamping the valve head to the movable block, the spray pipe has a certain swinging freedom when being inserted into the tank.
