16. The liquid concentrate according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the liquid concentrate further comprises additional ingredients selected from the group consisting of flavoring agents, sweeteners, organic acids, nutrients, coloring agents, and combinations thereof.

17. The liquid concentrate according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the pH of the liquid concentrate is not more than 6, preferably between 4 and 6.

18. A method for preparing a liquid concentrate for forming a beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 17, the method comprising the steps of: a) Provide at least one soluble dietary fiber, an aqueous liquid, at least one sugar, at least one vegetable fat and at least one thickener to form a mixture; as well as b) Homogenize the mixture.

19. A method for preparing a beverage, the method comprising the following steps: a) Provide a liquid concentrate according to any one of claims 1 to 17; as well as b) Dilute the liquid concentrate with an aqueous liquid.

20. The method of claim 19, wherein the aqueous liquid is water.

21. A container comprising a liquid concentrate according to any one of claims 1 to 17.

22. A method for preparing the container according to claim 21, the method comprising the following steps: a) Providing a liquid concentrate according to any one of claims 1 to 17; and b) Add the liquid concentrate to the container according to claim 21.
