The traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 1 is prepared from the following raw materials in the indicated weight ratios: 10-30 parts fig leaves, 10-30 parts black cumin seeds, 10-25 parts galangal, 10-25 parts anaceus root, 5-10 parts madder root, 10-25 parts psoralea corylifolia, 10-25 parts cloves, 5-10 parts asyura seeds, and 5-10 parts cinnamon.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 1 is prepared from the following raw materials in the indicated weight ratios: 20 parts fig leaves, 20 parts black cumin seeds, 20 parts galangal, 20 parts anchovy root, 5 parts madder root, 5 parts psoralea corylifolia, 10 parts clove, 5 parts asyura seed, and 10 parts cinnamon.

4. A topical preparation comprising a traditional Chinese medicine composition according to any one of claims 1-3 and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.

5. The topical preparation according to claim 4 is a cream or ointment.

The topical preparation according to claim 5, wherein it is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: Place the weighed fig leaves, black cumin seeds, galangal, anachine root, madder root, psoralea, cloves, asyura seeds, and cinnamon in an extraction tank, decoct with an appropriate amount of purified water or organic alcohol, filter, and collect the water or alcohol extract for later use; add the above water or alcohol extract to excipients to make creams or ointments.
